First Ride of the Year! 1.2 Kms!

I can now say that I have ridden every day in 2009! It has warmed up to -13C today, but with the wind it apparently feels like -20C, with the wind at 14 km/h. Two circuits of my street gave me 1.2 kms of overall distance, taking 5.3 minutes. I managed to reach a maximum speed of 18 km/h on a dry patch.

Nowhere to go but up from here!

    Ha,

    you do that +20 times each day you'll hit 10,000 kms in 2009.

    Canada has been having some seriously bizarre weather.

    Tile for some X-Country skiing?

    It is gently snowing today, the second day of the year I have ridden my bike and making it all the way into the office. I think that I should have brought the skis for the way home! Looking better for skiing this weekend, unlike last weekend's strange rain/ice days.
